Praying for America and its Leaders

It's an old idea: 'pray for your country; 'pray for your country's leaders.' I think it's a good one. I live in the United States of America, so I'm particularly interested in this country, and our leadership. No pressure, but praying for America and America's leaders couldn't hurt.

Two lists, and a post about a chaplet:The "Praying for America and America's Leaders" is mostly a list of many of this country's National leaders, 31 in all, listed as days of the month for July: the month in which the list was originally posted.

"Praying for America's Governors and Other Executives" lists American state, territorial, and Washington D.C. leaders:
  • Alphabetically
    • First by states
    • Then the territories and D.C.
    • Numbered
      • In two groups of 28 each
I'll make an effort to keep track of changes in the lists, particularly around elections: but if I miss a change in the list, or make a mistake - please let me know by leaving a comment. Thanks in advance!
