I've had an - interesting - week:
- "Missed the Deadline, Couldn't Log In: Other Than That, No Problem"
(December 8, 2012)
A winter storm was brewing, so I wondered if we'd be able to go to a Soo Bahk Do tournament on Sunday. Sunday morning we got word that the event was canceled. Prudent decision, since the winter storm was a blizzard by Sunday afternoon.
Then I learned that I have a business document to proof - to be ready by tomorrow morning.
But apart from that, not much has been going on. :)
By the way, martial arts and being Catholic may not seem to go together. I certainly won't claim that every Catholic must study a martial art: or take up macrame; or be an auto mechanic.
I've found no conflict between my faith and the discipline involved in Soo Bahk Do. Most, possibly all, of the folks active in the local Soo Bahk Do group are practicing Catholics.
I quit several years ago, before swapping out some body parts, and that's another topic.
Okay. Now I really need to get back to work.
