I use the Blogger service for my blogs. Generally, apart from the occasional glitch, it works adequately well.
Then there were those 17-plus hours, from late Sunday to around midday Monday, when I, and quite a few other people in "isolated areas" - Like Japan, Malaysia, and quite a few American states - couldn't publish new posts, edit existing posts, or moderate comments.
Well, Blogger is a free service. And for those 17 hours, it was worth every penny. More, including a list of some areas blacked out, is in another blog's post:
- "Lemming Tracks: Where was the Lemming?"
Apathetic Lemming of the North (June 7, 2010)
And, somehow, missed this blog.
Sorry about that!
